Administers Active Directory and Office 365 accounts, licenses, groups, shared mailboxes, file shares, applications, and access permissions. Monitors server and network alerts, investigates CPU and disk issues, handles P1/P2 incidents, coordinates hardware failover, and performs maintenance, patching, and software deployments. Creates process documentation, trains teammates, and supports client locations internationally, including service migrations and knowledge transfer.
