Lead the support, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Co-op Wholesale Oracle Retail (Retek) platform. Translate strategy and business architecture into requirements and user stories, facilitate stakeholder workshops, analyse and simplify end-to-end processes, assess impacts/risks, and coach Business Analysts to improve standards, tools and delivery quality.

Manage seasonal demand planning and purchase stock across chilled, ambient, and frozen categories. Analyse forecasts, maintain stock availability, support supplier performance and procurement for seasonal campaigns, lead supplier forecasting processes, and monitor account stock targets.

Manage daily Helpdesk and reception inboxes, delegate tasks, handle complex partner queries, support training and development, monitor team performance, manage first-stage product recalls, and collaborate with logistics partner (DHL) to investigate and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality partner service.

Provide first-line support for partner and consumer queries via phone and email, log and investigate complaints, maintain relationships with partners (e.g., DHL), help meet call pick-up targets, and deliver excellent customer service in a hybrid helpdesk/reception role.
