Sell BD Rowa medication automation products primarily to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare companies across the Kanto-Koshinetsu region. Responsibilities include prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentations, demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, contract-to-implementation project management, distributor collaboration, Salesforce pipeline and forecasting management, market intelligence, and conference or seminar participation. The role requires relationship building with healthcare executives, pharmacy leaders, and frontline staff.

Coordinate technical support from field engineers and escalate issues to Germany; distribute technical updates domestically. Manage maintenance parts inventory and ordering, respond to Sales inquiries, prepare quotes and drawings, handle internal approval processes, and coordinate inventory planning with Marketing. Regular office presence required (Mon-Thu).
