The role provides administrative support to executive leadership, managing schedules, correspondence, meetings, and project assistance while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Provides first-level IT help desk support to end users by troubleshooting computer applications, hardware, and related issues through phone and email. Documents, routes, monitors, and resolves incidents using incident management software. Performs user provisioning, security documentation, system alert monitoring, basic directory services support, and remote troubleshooting. Supports data center operations, customer service, team training, and occasional onsite support at affiliated facilities. Requires flexibility for overnight, weekend, holiday, and rotating shifts.

Manages daily office operations for emergency, hospital medicine, and intensivist departments. Provides administrative support to physicians, APPs, and medical leadership; coordinates onboarding, scheduling, payroll, reimbursements, provider credentials, locum vendors, meetings, records, reports, invoices, and compliance activities. Maintains EMR metrics, patient census and transfer reports, dashboards, and chart deficiency tracking. Serves as the department liaison with hospital teams and travels occasionally between clinical sites.

Performs accounting and financial analysis for WVU Medicine, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, billing, accounts receivable, budgeting, variance analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit support. Oversees accounting staff, delegates assignments, trains personnel, and coordinates month-end processes. The role also develops financial analyses, supports productivity reviews, and helps ensure accurate and timely departmental financial operations.

Develops and executes strategic marketing plans for assigned healthcare clinical programs. Responsibilities include managing campaigns across print, digital, social, broadcast, and out-of-home channels; creating and repurposing content; supporting SEO, SEM, marketing automation, analytics, events, media buys, and physician outreach; coordinating vendors and stakeholders; and tracking campaign performance.

Coordinate and maintain departmental financial operations including general ledger maintenance, budgets, reconciliations, payments, payroll and grant accounting. Prepare reports, invoices, travel reimbursements, contracts, and ad hoc dashboards. Serve as liaison for onboarding, credentialing, and compliance with university, state, and funding policies.

Designs, implements, and optimizes Workday architecture and enterprise solutions. Provides strategic consultation, specifies complex system designs, oversees integration and change management, mentors teams, leads impact analysis, and supports implementations including travel and on-call responsibilities.

This position involves financial functions such as departmental analysis, reconciliations, billing, accounts receivable analysis, and productivity analysis. It requires developing relationships with department managers and maximizing efficiency in accounting processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accurate financial reporting.

Performs general administrative duties: prepares correspondence, reconciles budgets, processes invoices and purchase orders, maintains policies and supplies, manages calendars and meetings, handles phone/visitors, coordinates payroll and leave reports, and arranges travel and meeting logistics.
