The Instructional Designer Specialist creates customized training documentation, conducts research, collaborates with teams, and communicates effectively to enhance training programs.

Support the recruiting team with administrative recruiting duties: screen resumes, coordinate phone and in-person interviews, assist with job fairs and college recruiting, create postings and run reports in Taleo, coordinate background checks and onboarding progress, and schedule new employee orientation.
