Own work from architecture through production monitoring, collaborate with product, design, and data teams, use AI-assisted engineering tools, instrument products for data-driven decisions, and contribute to reliability, scalability, compliance, architecture standards, and technical innovation.

Own end-to-end product design for Monument’s savings product, scaling it from established product-market fit to significant growth. Lead research, interaction and visual design, experimentation, data-informed optimization, and cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data, and Marketing. Improve activation, retention, trust, and lifetime value while contributing to design systems and mentoring the broader design practice.

Own lifecycle marketing, CRM, content strategy, and organic social for a fintech brand. Build onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation journeys; establish segmentation, triggered messaging, and the CRM stack; lead LinkedIn-first content and social; maintain brand voice across client communications; measure retention and engagement outcomes; operate within FCA and Consumer Duty requirements; and eventually build a team.

Own Monument’s Foundry product engine within Savings, defining the roadmap and launching new products including Tokenised Deposits, prize draws, Junior ISAs, and SME savings. Drive deposits, client growth, balances, and margin through experimentation and data-led decisions. Partner with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Treasury while meeting FCA, BCOBS, ISA, and Consumer Duty requirements in a regulated banking environment.

Own and build Monument’s growth marketing function, including acquisition, experimentation, paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, funnel optimization, attribution, and retention. The role will establish the growth roadmap, select the marketing technology stack, use AI and data to improve performance, and operate effectively within a regulated financial environment. Success is measured through CAC, LTV, conversion, channel ROI, and long-term client engagement.
