Lead client success lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support for enterprise fintech clients. Drive adoption, retention, expansion, operational improvements, and compliance integration through cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decisions, playbooks, and stakeholder management.

Support strategic finance, FP&A, financial modelling, automation, corporate development, and fundraising activities. Conduct market research, prepare investor materials, and assist with M&A and reporting.

Manage end-to-end corporate client onboarding, performing KYC/CDD, UBO identification, SOW/SOF assessments, financial and bank statement review, registry and open-source verification, ownership analysis, risk escalation, and collaborate with commercial teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead cross-functional product execution to define and launch new financial infrastructure and commercial products. Translate ambiguous business problems into product requirements, work with engineering on APIs and technical tradeoffs, assess commercial viability, and align stakeholders across payments, banking, trading, and treasury workflows.

Prepare accurate financial reports and reconciliations, analyze financial data for insights, manage statutory/regulatory filings, lead audits, partner with cross-functional teams, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.

Own client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Improve operational workflows, integrate compliance and risk requirements, collaborate with Product/Engineering, analyze usage and health metrics, and build playbooks and documentation to scale client success for global fintech customers.

Lead institutional sales to originate and close high-value accounts, structure cross-border multi-entity solutions, develop pricing and commercial proposals, collaborate with product/treasury/engineering, and help scale the team and sales processes.
