Build strategic B2B partnerships across banking, fintech, financial services, and merchant ecosystems. Manage partnership pipelines from prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and implementation. Negotiate commercial terms and develop collaboration models including co-lending, referrals, distribution, channeling, and API integration. Maintain partner relationships to drive repeat investments, revenue, and long-term business growth.

Acquire and onboard qualified borrowers, grow and manage lending portfolios, and achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets. Build borrower relationships, identify financing opportunities, prepare lending proposals, negotiate and close deals, monitor credit utilization and repayment performance, and resolve emerging payment issues. Develop referral channels and strategic partnerships while coordinating with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Compliance. Maintain accurate pipeline records, portfolio reports, forecasts, and regulatory compliance.
