The BD Executive/Manager will onboard KOLs and communities, develop partnerships, conduct outreach, execute growth initiatives, and monitor performance in the crypto space.

Design and produce marketing and brand assets across digital and static channels, create motion graphics and AI-generated content, build scalable AI-powered creative workflows and templates, maintain the marketing design system, and support campaigns with high-quality, on-brand deliverables under tight timelines.

Lead company-wide performance intelligence: build central dashboards and KPI frameworks, produce executive reports, run deep metric analyses (P&L, funnels, retention), create forecasts and ROI models, and design self-serve data infrastructure and automation to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.
