Responsible for auditing and modularizing monolithic prompts, selecting and evaluating LLMs, defining clinical output quality criteria, building validation and regression tests, designing evaluation suites, mentoring the team, and operationalizing prompts for production with CI/CD and observability.

Sell MEDFAR's MYLE EMR to frontline healthcare clinics in Ontario. Prospect, demo, and follow up with potential clients, develop territory, upsell, coordinate with internal teams, and travel regularly to client sites in the Ontario Health East region.

Support clinics to implement and optimize MEDFAR's web-based EMR by assessing client needs, planning deployments, configuring interfaces, conducting remote and on-site training, creating project reports and presentations, providing ongoing support, and improving clinical processes.

Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure and platform capabilities. Lead infrastructure and platform initiatives, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC, improve observability and reliability, enforce secure cloud practices, troubleshoot issues, and mentor team members to improve operational excellence and deployment automation.
