Frequent in-person travel within the Ontario Health East region and strong follow-up and relationship-building skills required.

Own and improve Technical Support operations by configuring support tools, documenting procedures, identifying process improvements, maintaining dashboards and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics, supporting ISO/QA initiatives, onboarding staff, and providing ad-hoc operational support including calls and emails.

Lead end-to-end EMR implementations for clinics across Ontario, managing project plans, stakeholder coordination, data validation, workflow analysis, change management, and post-implementation handover to ensure timely, high-quality MYLE adoption.
