Responsible for supervising high voltage distribution rooms, formulating distribution plans and budgets, conducting electrical inspections, and maintaining material planning needs.

Specify and qualify R&D equipment, run controlled experiments and DoE, perform failure analysis, and transition processes to small-scale production while ensuring IPC and SEMI standard compliance.

Responsible for daily checks and maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting failures, training staff, and ensuring operational safety.

Responsible for daily checks and maintenance of electronic group equipment, handling repair issues, training staff, and overseeing safety procedures.

Responsible for PCB process management, identifying risks, and conducting failure analysis. Experience required in high-speed and precision circuit processing, with a focus on reliability validation and process control enhancements.
