The Advanced Engineer will be responsible for maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, specifically focusing on air conditioning and air compressors, with at least three years of experience required. Experience in project management is preferred.

Design moderate-to-complex PCBs (digital, analog, power, RF) using Siemens Xpedition/PADS or Cadence Allegro/OrCAD. Perform place-and-route, signal integrity and RF routing, create fabrication/assembly drawings, generate ODB++ and BOM outputs, maintain libraries and PCNs, and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams while meeting IPC and ITAR/DoD requirements.

Lead and oversee a Communications Systems Program Management team to deliver aerospace and defense customer programs on schedule, budget, and to quality standards. Manage resources, performance metrics, proposals, cross-functional coordination, export compliance, and continuous process improvements while developing and coaching program management staff.

Lead mechanical design and analysis for electronic packaging and PCB products. Perform advanced FEA, thermal, structural and vibration analysis, develop qualification plans, mentor engineers, interface with customers, and ensure designs meet specifications, cost, and regulatory/ITAR requirements.

Design and analyze mechanical and electro-mechanical products using FEA and 3D modeling. Create manufacturing and customer documentation, support product qualification, conduct experiments and problem solving, and collaborate with RF, manufacturing, process, and project engineers to optimize designs and ensure compliance with specifications and export controls.

The MI Engineer checks customer design data against company capabilities, resolves design issues, and provides support for client pre-production designs.

Provide technical and production support for PCB and microwave product lines: analyze test data, design experiments, troubleshoot test equipment and prototypes, lead corrective actions, support design for manufacturability, train interns/technicians, and ensure product quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.

Lead the P&L and strategy for the Value Added Assembly business focused on Radar/RF. Direct program management team, ensure contract execution, cost/schedule performance (EVMS), customer satisfaction, business development alignment, and compliance with quality and export control requirements. Remote role with significant travel and matrixed manufacturing, engineering, finance, HR, and IT support.

Manage Asia tax compliance (primarily Malaysia) including corporate, indirect, withholding and transfer pricing; prepare Malaysia tax provisions; support audits and incentives tracking; assist Asia Pacific tax compliance and BEPS 2.0 implementation. Support U.S. tax return preparation (forms 5471, 8858), fixed asset data management and tax data automation using Alteryx, Corptax and Kindo AI.

Responsible for supervising high voltage distribution rooms, formulating distribution plans and budgets, conducting electrical inspections, and maintaining material planning needs.
