Develop material requirements plans and purchase orders from production orders, track material shortages, monitor plan execution, maintain inventory turnover, and coordinate cross-department activities. The role requires ERP or manufacturing systems experience, strong Excel skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail. PCB industry experience and English proficiency are preferred. The employee must also comply with TTM export-control procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.

Follows test, qualification, and certification PCB samples through production; coordinates quality and process issue resolution; applies 8D and DOE for root-cause analysis and process improvement; prepares sample summaries and supports production-transfer meetings; and regularly communicates with customers. Requires a bachelor’s degree, English report-writing ability, knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, experience with high-layer-count, M+N, and HDI samples, and capability in 1–2 key process areas.

TTM Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead advanced process development in the manufacturing of RF components and printed circuit boards, ensuring compliance with ITAR and export control regulations.

Provide full-cycle HR support for direct labor at a manufacturing site: partner with supervisors on employee relations and investigations, drive engagement and retention, support recruitment via Workday, administer orientation and advancement programs, ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and export control policies.

Convert customer data, drawings and specifications into manufacturing instructions for printed circuit boards. Calculate lamination constructions, model and calculate impedance, analyze electronic data, and define tooling for advanced PCB features (blind/buried/micro-vias). Interface with customers, quoting, customer service and process engineering, ensuring timely, accurate, and quality work.

Coordinate configuration management for hardware and software releases, lead Change Control Board, manage BOMs and documentation (CCL, ABL, drawings), process engineering change proposals/deviations, maintain software configuration library and status accounting, ensure compliance with MIL-STD and SDRL/CDRL deliverables, interface with customers, and generate project estimates and CM plans.

Designs and manages TTM's global conflict minerals compliance program, leads CMRT/EMRT/AMRT supplier data collection and validation, prepares SEC Form SD filings, engages suppliers to remediate non‑conformant smelters, maintains program documentation, and coordinates cross‑functional stakeholders and training.

Design and develop RF/microwave components and assemblies using 3D simulation and circuit-simulation tools. Perform tolerance analysis, test-circuit design, verification/qualification, and production support. Work in multidisciplinary teams on proposals, design reviews, and test development; interface with customers and provide training to interns/technicians.
