Lead regional automation design, engineering, and commissioning projects for data centers. Define scope, manage schedules, stakeholders, and vendor integration for BMS/PLC/SCADA systems. Oversee deliverables (specifications, PLC, SCADA, SCADA programming, testing), coordinate factory/site testing, and provide technical issue mitigation to meet master construction schedules.

Serve as client-side electrical technical authority for data center projects: lead electrical design, manage external consultants, develop specifications, support construction and commissioning, drive standardized modular designs (DfMA), advise on OFCI procurement, conduct field investigations, and coach junior engineers while ensuring compliance with codes, IEC standards, and EU construction regulations.

Lead global electrical category strategy and supplier portfolio for data center power distribution equipment. Drive sourcing, long-term contracts, supplier governance, risk mitigation, standardization, total cost of ownership improvements, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Finance.

Lead global benefits strategy, design, and operations across NA, EMEA, and APAC. Drive benefits program design (health, retirement, wellbeing, leave), vendor management, compliance, analytics, budgeting, and employee communications. Partner cross-functionally to support M&A, expansions, and scalable program implementation while building a high-performing benefits team.

Ensure functional health of data center control and monitoring systems: verify designs and testing, develop maintenance programs, troubleshoot PLC/HMI systems, analyze system data, perform root-cause analysis, advise operations and engineering teams, and support commissioning and reliability improvements.

The Accountant manages financial data accuracy, handles month-end closing, prepares audit statements, conducts balance sheet reconciliations, and supports system improvements.
