Lead electrical engineering for global data center platform: define standards, integrate energy storage and generation (BESS, distributed generation), guide product development, ensure design quality and handoff, perform power system studies (load, short-circuit, arc flash, distribution, photometrics), and collaborate with operations and regional teams to implement and improve designs.

Own pipelines in production, perform monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning, create SQL views/tables, support analytics and AI use cases, enforce data governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain documentation and runbooks.

Lead end-to-end development of multiple UK data center campuses from site selection through pre-construction, ensuring alignment with financial targets and governance. Manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, oversee risk, budget, schedule, and business case input, and develop a high-performing development team while driving process improvement and adoption of construction innovations.
