Lead North American sales tax incentives for data center development: capture, negotiate, administer, monitor compliance and reporting, support audits, model incentives and tax liabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to maximize incentive value and inform site selection.

Embed with Corporate Services (Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR) to discover, validate, and document high-impact AI use cases. Conduct structured discovery, assess data and regulatory feasibility, quantify business value, create intake documentation for prototyping, champion responsible AI and data handling, and build stakeholder networks to accelerate AI adoption across enterprise-enabling functions.

Lead monthly close activities including journal entries and reconciliations with emphasis on labor accruals, allocations, and capitalization. Support payroll recording, financial reporting, audit preparation, global allocation design, process documentation, automation, and special projects such as acquisitions and financing. Collaborate across teams to improve controls and efficiency.

Lead and execute debt capital raising, interest rate risk management, and cash forecasting projects. Build and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards, manage due diligence and lender interactions, negotiate term sheets and loan documentation, and prepare analyses and presentations for executives and the board. Support post-closing lender coordination and monitor peer financing structures to optimize capital costs.

Manage and improve CMMS/ESM workflows and day-to-day tool operations, support site teams, administer user accounts and permissions, create training materials, handle data migration, analyze system metrics, troubleshoot issues, and drive CMMS process improvements and onboarding.

Lead and govern global IT change management lifecycle: intake, risk-based assessment, approvals, execution, validation, post-change review, reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinate across IT teams, vendors, MSPs, and regions to minimize service disruption, maintain audit-ready records, deliver training, and drive tooling and process automation opportunities to support high-availability and data center operations.

Lead global strategy, design, and execution of compensation, benefits, executive compensation, and equity programs (including RSUs). Advise executives and Compensation Committee, build scalable region-specific reward frameworks across NA, EMEA, and APAC, run annual merit/bonus/equity cycles, partner with Finance and Legal, and lead the Total Rewards team to attract and retain technical and leadership talent during rapid global growth.

Lead global HR technology product strategy and roadmap, owning Workday and a new HR Service Delivery platform. Design end-to-end people processes, enable internal mobility and talent matching, drive AI/automation and data governance, and lead multi-region implementations to scale workforce planning, recruiting, compensation, and employee experience.

Lead regional automation design, engineering, and commissioning projects for data centers. Define scope, manage schedules, stakeholders, and vendor integration for BMS/PLC/SCADA systems. Oversee deliverables (specifications, PLC, SCADA, SCADA programming, testing), coordinate factory/site testing, and provide technical issue mitigation to meet master construction schedules.
