Build scalable processes, improve employee communications, and ensure accurate, compliant administration of confidential equity programs worldwide.

Lead design and governance of the company's sustainability data ecosystem. Build automated SQL/Python data pipelines, curate datasets and Power BI outputs, ensure methodology-aligned GHG and water accounting, support disclosures and third-party assurance, and deliver customized data packages for customers and investors.

Coordinates cross-functional initiatives across North America, EMEA, and APAC; partners with HR centers of excellence; drives consistent people practices, culture, inclusion, and employee experience. Uses data-driven insights, change management, and systems thinking to develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include installation, patching, upgrades, backups, high availability, query tuning, partitioning, storage management, user administration, telemetry monitoring, documentation, and data migrations. The role also supports reporting tools, process automation, database cost management, and on-call incident response.

Lead EMEA debt capital raising legal work, including acquisition, construction, securitization, leveraged, project, and real estate financings. Negotiate transaction documents, monitor covenant and post-closing compliance, manage external counsel, advise on amendments, waivers, M&A financing issues, and lender consents, and improve legal and compliance processes. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Development, Power, and senior executives to manage risk and support data center business objectives across jurisdictions.

Leads North America Operations’ data product portfolio, roadmap, and technical delivery. Builds and manages multidisciplinary teams across product management, data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, governance, and solution delivery. Translates operational priorities into scalable data products, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities; aligns with enterprise data and technology teams; establishes governance, quality, security, and lifecycle practices; manages partners and vendors; and drives adoption, measurable business value, and continuous improvement.
