Supervise daily dock and terminal operations in an LTL service center, ensuring accurate freight handling, load planning, safety compliance, cost control, and team development. Coordinate with linehaul contractors and internal stakeholders to maintain shipment integrity, minimize damages, and support terminal profitability and operational consistency.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and SSAS tabular models. Develop complex T-SQL queries and Power BI reports. Ensure data quality, optimize performance, and support migration of legacy systems into Microsoft BI environments while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead infrastructure strategy, cloud modernization, and enterprise operations to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure systems. Manage servers, virtualization, storage, networking, backup and disaster recovery; drive cloud migrations, governance, and cost optimization; strengthen infrastructure security and incident response; build and mentor engineering teams; manage vendors and budgets; and align infrastructure investments with business priorities and measurable performance metrics.

Lead regional transportation operations to standardize processes, improve service reliability, and drive profitability. Use data and analytics to identify performance gaps, optimize network design and capacity, implement continuous improvement (Six Sigma), and coach cross-functional teams. Present insights to executives and ensure operational execution aligns with customer expectations and strategic objectives.

Sell and retain national LTL accounts by prospecting, pricing, and building relationships across account hierarchies. Collaborate with operations, resolve customer issues, complete sales reporting, assist with collections, and support team goals. Heavy customer-facing travel and territory management with emphasis on sales, negotiation, and confidentiality.
