Design and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits and supporting digital control/readout for scribe-line sensors. Develop verification flows, EDA scripting/automation, and custom layouts. Analyze simulation and silicon data with Python/pandas. Collaborate with layout, CAD, test, and cross-functional teams to move designs from concept through validation.

Manage and support R&D programs and facility planning from initiation through execution. Hands-on lab work and presentations required; may require extended assignment to Taiwan.

Manage a team of process engineers to drive process development, optimization, and continuous improvement for semiconductor equipment and new product platforms. Define technical strategy, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with customers and internal teams, support equipment/process specifications, and capture IP. Provide personnel development and ensure compliance with company standards.
