Lead scientific research to develop innovative processes and advancements in PVD for semiconductor technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to demonstrate concepts and feasibility of novel PVD process technologies. Design, execute, and analyze experiments to optimize PVD and thin film processes. Develop applications in logic, memory, analog, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with partners to generate new solutions and maintain a strong patent portfolio.
