The role requires strong relationship-building, leadership coaching, strategic planning, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Supports the Executive Director through scheduling, communications, travel coordination, follow-up, and special projects. Manages regional fundraising initiatives, donor and prospect data in Salesforce, advisory board support, fundraising collateral, social media calendars, storytelling, and newsletters in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Provides operational support for team meetings, retreats, and network events while collaborating with program, development, and external stakeholders.

Leads internal regional operations for Teach For America Indianapolis, building systems, planning processes, communications, and coordination structures that support strategic priorities. The role coordinates cross-functional execution across regional teams and requires strong project management, organization, adaptability, and communication skills.
