Leads accounting operations for a $100 million manufacturing plant, including accounts payable, three-way matching, accruals, fixed and leased assets, month-end close, reconciliations, audits, plant-level consolidation, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and tax support. Partners with procurement, operations, and corporate finance, improves accounting processes using CAMS, Sage, and BlackLine, and may supervise AP/AR staff.

Serves as the senior technical authority for industrial automation and control systems across multiple manufacturing facilities. Tracks deliveries, communicates shipment updates, schedules appointments, resolves transportation issues, manages freight claims, and maintains bills of lading, proof of delivery, invoices, customs documents, and carrier records. Monitors freight costs and carrier performance through KPI reporting and supports continuous improvement.

Processes accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor invoices, payments, customer billing, collections, reconciliations, and compliance documentation. Supports construction billing activities such as lien waivers, W-9s, AIA forms, progress billing, and retainage. Assists with month-end close, audits, special projects, and general office administration while resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records.

The Sales Operations Analyst will develop Power BI dashboards, maintain CRM data quality, produce sales reports, and support operational analysis for the sales team.

Oversee day-to-day accounting for a construction/project-based business: lead accounting staff, maintain internal controls, manage month-end close, project accounting, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, payroll, tax filings, audits, and financial reporting to support senior leadership decisions.

Builds and sustains Power Automate and RPA/AI solutions, supports PR/PO execution (SAP/SRM backup), maintains SOPs, produces monthly procurement reporting and savings tracker, tracks price impact and PPI, and supports digital procurement implementation and process-improvement initiatives.
