Own a portfolio of enterprise Nordic accounts to drive retention, adoption, and expansion. Co-create outcome-based success plans, guide value realization across SUSE solutions (Linux, Kubernetes, cloud native, edge, AI), build executive relationships, orchestrate cross-functional SUSE teams, and convert delivered value into renewals and expansion while conveying customer feedback to product and GTM teams.

Provide on-site technical consulting and premium support for enterprise Linux and SUSE KVM migrations (VMware vSphere to KVM) running SAP HANA. Design, validate, and deploy virtualization and HA architectures, lead TDDs and PoCs, troubleshoot libvirt/KVM/HA failures, implement STONITH/fencing, and produce runbooks and SOWs while acting as a dedicated customer escalation and advisor.

As a Linux Support Engineer, you will provide OS support, troubleshoot complex customer issues, communicate with customers, and collaborate with global teams. You will also assist in bug reporting and knowledge resource improvement.

Act as a trusted pre-sales technical advisor: assess customer needs, design and validate SUSE solutions, run demos and PoCs, support RFIs/RFPs, collaborate with sales/partners, and feed customer insights to product teams.

The Account Executive drives growth by managing key accounts, identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and aligning solutions with client needs for revenue growth.
