Lead and grow a new Hawaii commercial lines book of business by developing market strategy, positioning products to increase premium and profitability, soliciting accounts via independent agents, evaluating and underwriting risks, monitoring results and loss ratios, and building and managing a small underwriting team to achieve regional goals.

Conduct onsite facility risk assessments across property, liability, auto, and workers comp; advise underwriting; develop safety programs, training, and seminars; perform OSHA/site inspections; produce detailed reports and service proposals; manage a Michigan territory with significant travel.

Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned customer accounts and internal partners. Serve as primary relationship contact for accounts or regions. Follow Sentry hybrid work model and work standard Monday–Friday hours.

Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and conversations across social channels, forums, review sites, and search. Use social listening and reputation tools to detect risks, audit search results, suppress or address negative content, benchmark competitors, create dashboards and KPI reports, collaborate cross-functionally to escalate and resolve digital concerns, and refine social strategies to optimize reputation.
