Manage and coach rep firms, conduct business reviews, optimize territory coverage, track performance, and drive revenue attainment. The role requires technical fluency in semiconductor or high-speed data center interconnect products and collaboration across engineering, supply chain, marketing, and leadership.

Provides accounting operations, financial reporting, cost analysis, and audit support for semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include reconciliations, month-end close, financial statements, standard-cost updates, manufacturing variance analysis, product and portfolio costing, yield and process cost modeling, and margin analysis. The role supports capacity planning, investment decisions, compliance, cross-functional initiatives, process improvement, and adoption of cost accounting tools. It requires collaboration with accounting, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams.

Supports accounting operations, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and compliance. Performs semiconductor manufacturing cost analysis, including standard costing, yield and process cost modeling, variance analysis, product margins, target costing, and cost-driver assessment. Conducts customer-return testing, failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and product quality improvement for semiconductor products. Uses laboratory and automated test equipment, coordinates engineering activities with suppliers and test houses, improves quality processes and databases, supports failure-analysis platform development, and presents recommendations to cross-functional teams. The role also mentors co-op students and interns as needed.

Provides executive leadership for semiconductor product engineering across multiple divisions or product lines. Establishes enterprise strategy, governance, yield and quality frameworks, new product introduction and technology-transfer strategies, and manufacturing-readiness programs. Advises executive leadership, leads global transformation and innovation initiatives involving advanced analytics and AI, and develops high-performing engineering organizations. Requires extensive semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, yield management, quality, technology transition, and executive leadership experience. Travel is 25–40%, including international travel.
