Investigate, evaluate, and settle liability and first/third-party claims across US jurisdictions. Make coverage and liability decisions, negotiate settlements, manage outside adjusters/appraisers, maintain state compliance and licensing, research valuations, respond to regulatory/time-sensitive matters, and document claim files while collaborating with supervisors and stakeholders.
