Coordinate delivery of customer products by tracking drivers and loads in TruckMate/PeopleNet, maintaining documentation, communicating with management, drivers and customers, entering data accurately, and performing clerical transportation tasks.

Perform cross-dock warehouse tasks including loading/unloading, sorting, staging, order picking, and using handheld scanners/WMS. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and teamwork while meeting production timelines and customer service standards.

Coordinate inbound and outbound truck scheduling, manage Bills of Lading, liaise with drivers and carriers, support warehouse leads with waving orders, returns, documentation, reporting, and supply ordering while maintaining communication and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Provide HR administrative support for hourly facility associates and managers: onboarding, benefits assistance, timekeeping and records maintenance, recruiting support, attendance and performance tracking, event coordination, compliance postings, and employee relations escalation.
