Provides professional client support for logistics operations by answering questions, resolving issues, tracking enhancements and tickets, maintaining service reports, coordinating with warehouse teams and vendors, and supporting client meetings and implementations. The role manages CRM and dispatch workflows, communicates status updates, identifies process improvements, and assists with parcel and carrier issues while working across office and warehouse environments.

Partners with management on HR initiatives, policy compliance, process improvements, workforce planning, and associate communications. Requires occasional travel and some support outside regular business hours.
