The Workforce Planning Specialist is responsible for HR reporting, data interpretation, metric design, and improving reporting processes. They collaborate with internal clients and support technology implementation, aiming for efficiency in global HR functions.

Handle daily background verification activities, coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Global Security, employees, and vendors, validate documentation, update case statuses, meet SLAs, process priority cases, compile daily and weekly reports, upload cleared documents, review vendor alerts, escalate unusual activity, and recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Lead end-to-end architecture for a major Generative AI platform: define reference architectures, integration contracts, NFRs, and reusable patterns (RAG, model serving, prompt/agent workflows). Partner with product, engineering, data science, cloud, security, and DevSecOps to ensure secure, scalable, compliant, and production-ready AI solutions. Conduct design reviews, proofs-of-concept, and drive platform governance and operational readiness.

Provide day-to-day front office client support for Alpha clients: triage and resolve front/middle office queries, maintain OMS and IBOR accuracy, manage SLAs, support client onboarding and change requests, use CRIMS and analytical skills, and liaise with global stakeholders to improve processes and deliverables.

Lead country HR strategy and execution for the Philippines site. Partner with global COEs and regional HRBPs to deliver HR services, ensure regulatory compliance, support talent acquisition, development, retention, and leadership coaching, represent HR to regulators and governance bodies, provide people analytics, and promote inclusion and culture.

Senior leadership role owning Alternatives NAV operations and first-line risk. Sets operating model, staffing, and organizational structure; chairs governance, oversees audit/regulatory outcomes, engages ERM/Compliance/Audit, and drives strategic transformation with risk governance.

Lead enterprise AI architecture strategy for Generative AI platforms. Define reference architectures, standards, cloud designs (AWS/Azure/GCP), RAG and model-serving patterns, governance, security, resilience, and platform modernization. Drive architecture decisions, mentor architects, and represent architecture in senior leadership and governance forums.

Lead end-to-end fund accounting service delivery for a major client, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled deliverables. Own service quality, risk management, client escalation, change delivery, governance, budgeting, team leadership, and continuous improvement across global operations.

Lead development of custody product capabilities (Corporate Actions, Income, Tax, Governance). Partner with product, operations, and technology to design solutions, prioritize regulatory and product changes, manage delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement, and drive data integration and market intelligence to support the custody product roadmap.

Serve as an independent officer on the Alternative Investments Transformation team to gather and manage end-user requirements, liaise with technology and stakeholders, produce business analysis and future-state operating models, create and execute test documentation, resolve and escalate project/operational issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies while delivering projects on time.
