Operate lamination machine to produce laminated rolls of film according to company and customer specifications. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards while ensuring quality production. Train and supervise Laminator Assistant. Keep accurate records and report any issues to Shift Leader. Maximize production efficiency and speed.
