As a Selling Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer service, develop client relationships, and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include implementing selling behaviors, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with vendors for sales opportunities.

Leads enterprise Quality Engineering and RPA capabilities for a technology organization. Translates complex data into actionable insights and recommendations supporting brand positioning, marketing, merchandising, creative initiatives, and customer experience. Collaborates across teams, audits brand touchpoints, supports creative briefs, and helps implement integrated strategies for Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman.

Supports paid social campaign execution across branding and vendor-coop initiatives. Responsibilities include opening creative briefs, reviewing creative assets, trafficking campaigns, completing quality assurance, monitoring performance, executing manager-directed optimizations, and managing invoices and purchase orders. Requires accurate deadline management, strong communication, and occasional work outside normal hours for campaign launches and issue resolution.

Develops high-impact visual designs for digital, print, social, email, packaging, retail, and advertising channels. Translates seasonal campaigns and brand strategies into editorial, fashion-forward creative assets; maintains brand standards; prepares production-ready files; presents work; collaborates cross-functionally; manages multiple deadlines; and mentors junior designers.

Develop and lead the people strategy across 14 West Region stores, partnering with executives and store leaders on organizational change, executive coaching, talent acquisition, training, performance management, associate relations, culture, and people analytics. The role collaborates with compensation, benefits, legal, people technology, and operations teams while guiding HR initiatives and supporting business goals.

Drives online performance and growth for assigned e-commerce categories by implementing category strategies, optimizing product presentation, navigation, categorization, and product information. Analyzes sales, conversion, traffic, and profitability metrics; monitors competitors; and partners with buying, merchandising, digital experience, and technical teams to improve online customer experience, product productivity, and category results.

Supports cross-category e-commerce merchandising by curating digital experiences, gift guides, promotions, and product launches. Monitors inventory, taxonomy, navigation, site performance, and customer journeys while partnering with Buying, Marketing, and Creative teams. Produces performance reports, analyzes KPIs and A/B tests, troubleshoots site issues, monitors competitors, and recommends improvements to increase product discoverability, engagement, conversion, and revenue.

Edit and review studio photography for publication on an ecommerce website. Perform advanced Photoshop retouching, including masking, clipping paths, background balancing, color correction, compositing, and imperfection removal. Conduct quality assurance of offshore retouching, maintain the studio image database, transfer images to production systems, and develop scripts or Photoshop automations to improve workflow efficiency. The role also supports special image-standard projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
