Lead and manage a regional sales team to drive premium, case count, retention and profitability. Develop brokers and territory strategies, collaborate with underwriting and internal teams, oversee sales operations and CRM reporting, resolve service issues, and participate in initiatives. Role is primarily managerial (90%) with some personal production and requires travel to support national sales efforts.
