The Supply Chain Planning Associate manages on-site inventory for hospitals, collaborating with medical staff to optimize medical product inventory using PANDAC. Responsibilities include physical inventory counts, inventory maintenance, and effective communication with departmental staff.

Implement, configure, enhance, and support SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Logistics Execution (LE) solutions. Deliver end-to-end SAP SD/LE configuration for order management, shipping, billing, and returns; prepare functional specs; perform testing and deployments; provide Level 2/3 production support and root-cause analysis; support S/4HANA activities; document configurations and ensure quality through change management.

Owns and administers the enterprise Smartsheet platform, including access, licensing, configuration, governance, templates, workspaces, Control Center, reporting, and adoption metrics. Partners with stakeholders, PMO, IT, developers, and vendors to prioritize enhancements, maintain the platform roadmap, support releases and testing, resolve issues, improve workflows and automation, and drive continuous platform optimization without formal people-management responsibility.

Implement and maintain inventory management processes using QSight to ensure inventory accuracy, accountability, and reduced supply expense. Serve as on-site point of contact, manage client relationships, deliver contracted services, support implementations (cataloging, data collection, initial inventory, training), and collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply-related issues and ensure invoicing aligns with agreements.

Provide SAP security and GRC support: manage roles and user provisioning, perform SoD analysis, maintain controls and SOPs, assist audit readiness, and work with business teams to improve SAP security.

Owns commercial growth for an assigned healthcare sales territory, including account strategy, forecasting, pipeline development, new business acquisition, customer retention, pricing, and profitability. Builds executive and operational relationships with healthcare organizations, expands product and service adoption, leads cross-functional resources, manages account plans and QBRs, and coordinates deal pursuit and customer outcomes. Requires healthcare supply chain knowledge, strategic selling expertise, financial acumen, and CRM proficiency.

Supervises on-site supply chain operations within healthcare facilities, including inventory counts, replenishment, PAR levels, stocking accuracy, discrepancy resolution, and waste reduction. Leads, trains, and schedules teammates; maintains relationships with hospital stakeholders; supports reporting and business reviews; analyzes inventory data for process improvements; and ensures compliance with company and healthcare facility requirements.

Coordinates document control processes, including scheduled reviews, change requests, approval routing, document releases, training software updates, revised-document notifications, and archival storage. Provides customer-facing quality documentation such as certificates, product questionnaires, and surveys. Manages records for off-site storage and posts authorized deviations and quality alerts. Requires strong organization, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Owns commercial growth for an assigned healthcare territory, managing customer relationships, account plans, forecasts, pipelines, pricing, and commercial P&Ls. The role develops new business, expands product and service adoption, retains profitable accounts, conducts QBRs, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes. Success requires strategic and consultative selling, healthcare supply chain knowledge, executive relationship management, financial acumen, negotiation, and CRM proficiency. Regular customer visits within the assigned territory are required.

Lead WMS-related business analysis for SAP systems: gather requirements, design/improve warehouse processes, coordinate between IT and operations, support implementation, testing, and user training to optimize warehouse management.
