Manage and share ownership of the end-to-end Dutch payroll process for more than 1,800 employees. Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing, including time tracking and blue-collar profiles. Collaborate with HR, international payroll teams, and external vendors; support Workday integration and identify opportunities to improve payroll processes. Use payroll systems and Excel to maintain accuracy and support decision-making.

Leads analytics within a cross-functional product team by designing scalable data models with dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. Builds Power BI dashboards and semantic models, translates business needs into technical solutions, influences prioritization, modernizes cloud analytics products, and advances self-service and AI-assisted analytics. Mentors analysts, promotes best practices, and collaborates closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Advise on Dutch and German corporate law, governance, regulatory reporting, entity management, and corporate housekeeping. Prepare board, shareholder, annual reporting, and AGM materials; maintain governance policies and legal templates; monitor regulatory developments; identify legal risks; and recommend mitigations. Drive improvements to governance processes and compliance frameworks while supporting cross-border stakeholders and ensuring effective, ethical decision-making.

Contribute to pricing tools, processes, frameworks, and AI-supported solutions while influencing commercial decisions and best practices.

Own end-to-end pricing performance for an assigned market, developing data-driven strategies to improve revenue and contribution margin. Monitor pricing KPIs, analyze large datasets, and translate insights into recommendations for Country and Category Management. Collaborate with Data and Data Science teams using advanced Excel and R, while helping improve pricing tools, processes, and AI-supported solutions.

Support budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, month-end reporting, variance analysis, business cases, KPI dashboards, and management presentations. Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams to validate financial data and improve reporting. Help automate and standardize FP&A processes, explore AI-driven finance solutions, implement new tools, and contribute to digital transformation and continuous process improvement.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, month-end closing, financial reporting, variance analysis, business cases, scenario analysis, and KPI dashboards. The role also contributes to automating and standardizing finance processes, applying AI-driven solutions, improving data quality, and implementing FP&A tools. It collaborates with Accounting and Business Controlling teams while gaining broad exposure to business performance analysis in an international organization.
