Configure, maintain, test and troubleshoot business application systems that support Fed payment services (ACH, Check, FedNow). Manage customer setup, account and settlement relationships, respond to cyber incidents, lead testing and UAT, coach staff, run stakeholder calls, and meet SLAs while coordinating with internal system teams and customers.

This role analyzes credit risk, performs financial analyses on depository institutions, communicates with entities, and participates in internal reviews and briefings.

Lead a team of FP&A analysts to manage the Bank's multi-year budget, oversee annual planning, prepare budget/forecast analysis and reporting for senior leadership, drive process improvements, mentor staff, and collaborate with Financial Consultants and Federal Reserve System workgroups.

Provide administrative support to Treasury Services division executives and staff, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting and event support, document preparation and proofreading, records management, purchasing/card reconciliation, basic reporting, website/communications updates, backup support and training of less experienced staff.

Lead division-wide data strategy and analytics for ISPS, design enterprise data integrations and IWMS administration, build dashboards and advanced visualizations, ensure data quality, consult with leadership, document standards, and mentor junior analysts to drive data-driven decisions.

Lead Financial Management functions including accounting, FP&A, procurement, internal controls, and reporting. Provide strategic financial leadership, manage and develop teams, ensure GAAP and Federal Reserve accounting compliance, oversee SOX testing, support budgeting and forecasting, and present to senior leadership and audit committees.

Design, develop, and implement complex solutions for the FedNow service. Work primarily on backend software in cloud environments, ensuring high performance and reliability while collaborating in Agile teams.

The Business Systems Analyst will analyze and improve incident management processes, implement systems, and support Treasury Services operations, ensuring efficiency in business functions and communication across teams.
