The role partners with SEO, analytics, creative, eCommerce, media, and agency teams to improve CPA, ROAS, revenue, profitability, and overall search performance.

Leads global performance marketing measurement and optimization across acquisition, retention, ecommerce, subscriptions, CRM, and lifecycle marketing. Owns attribution, KPI frameworks, media mix modeling, experimentation, forecasting, dashboards, and performance storytelling. Partners with marketing, product, data engineering, BI, finance, and executive teams to improve customer acquisition efficiency, retention, conversion, ROAS, churn, and lifetime value.

Leads Kobo’s global Gift Cards and VIP, Rewards, and Loyalty portfolio. Owns commercial strategy, roadmaps, business performance, customer propositions, financial models, partnerships, and growth initiatives across digital, physical, retail, and B2B channels. Develops measurement frameworks, improves customer engagement and retention, and partners cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to launch and optimize programs.

Owns CRM and lifecycle marketing for subscription products across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and win-back. Develops personalized email, push, SMS, automated journeys, segmentation, and experimentation programs. Uses analytics and customer insights to optimize conversion, engagement, and lifetime value while partnering with creative, product, analytics, and marketing technology teams on strategy, execution, QA, and performance improvement.

Lead day-to-day vendor/ODM communication, procurement, order fulfillment, and reverse logistics. Analyze demand, inventory, and NRE costs, build Excel-based supply models, track POs, validate invoices/returns, drive process improvements, and support vendor onboarding and performance management to optimize global supply chain operations.

Join Kobo's Web team to develop and maintain e-commerce features across front-end, back-end, CI/CD and infrastructure. Own requirements, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring of customer-facing code, working in an agile team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Support marketing operations and campaign execution by coordinating online/offline activities, creating and publishing content, managing project timelines and vendors, maintaining marketing assets and documentation, and preparing KPI reports to track performance.
