The Process Engineer at Prysmian is responsible for planning and directing process development in the manufacturing of specialty cables, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining manufacturing standards.

The Application & 3D Configurator Engineer develops technical proposals, supports sales and project teams, and collaborates with R&D to enhance Prysmian's High Voltage accessory offerings.

The Senior Process Engineer leads process improvement initiatives, manages capital projects, conducts feasibility studies, and applies continuous improvement methodologies to enhance production processes in cable manufacturing.

The Operator must adhere to safety guidelines, perform risk assessments, complete production processes, monitor equipment, and ensure product quality. Regular maintenance, inspections, data recording, and communication of issues are also required.

Manage S&OP and commercial coordination for Industrial Medium Voltage products. Create and maintain production and materials plans, optimize inventory and working capital, coordinate demand/supply with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing, support customer order releases and project quotations, analyze inventory and delivery performance, and liaise with logistics providers to schedule deliveries.

Lead and support SAP applications (finance, logistics, HR) on S/4HANA: manage incidents, user requests, application development tasks, reporting/monitoring, and coordinate local/regional IT teams.

Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership, driving workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, change management, employee relations, compensation programs, DE&I initiatives, HR analytics, and policy compliance to support business objectives and improve engagement and performance.

Drive sales growth for network components (splices, terminations, connectors) in the Northwest region. Identify opportunities, develop strategies, manage key accounts (utilities, distributors, EPCs, OEMs), negotiate contracts, build partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally, and report sales performance to senior management.

Lead plant financial control by managing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, inventory and asset oversight, cost standards, capital budgeting, monthly closings, and audit support to improve profitability and operational performance.

The Production Engineer analyzes and optimizes production processes, ensures compliance with safety standards, leads improvement projects, and supports operational teams.
