Provide strategic and hands-on HR support for a manufacturing plant, managing full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance and talent management, compliance, leave administration, compensation, HR metrics, change leadership, and leadership coaching to drive engagement, retention, and a high-performance culture.

Handle inbound customer inquiries, prepare quotes, enter and manage orders end-to-end, process returns/claims, support Outside Sales, make pricing decisions after training, and coordinate with Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead and coordinate industrial relations across German manufacturing sites; manage Works Council relationships, support negotiations and Works Agreements, advise on German labor law and co-determination, partner with plant management and HR teams on workforce planning, change programs, and risk mitigation.

Lead and manage the Electrical Test Lab at the Marshall Technology Center, overseeing electrical testing, staff operations, budget management, and compliance with safety and testing standards.

The PLC/Controls Engineer will design, develop, and maintain PLC software for production equipment, support troubleshooting, and manage engineering projects.

Hands-on electrical engineer responsible for design, analysis, and validation of copper Ethernet and hybrid fiber/copper power systems. Perform electrical modeling, lab measurement, failure analysis, and testing (electrical, thermal, environmental, EMC). Use test instrumentation, develop and execute standards-aligned test plans, support cross-functional teams, documentation, field support, and standards participation throughout the product lifecycle.

Supervise and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for the plant: plan shipments, schedule carriers, ensure material availability, manage inventory controls, lead and schedule the team, enforce health and safety, support production priorities and use IT tools (SAP) to prepare shipping documentation and collaborate with planning and sales.

Manage regional customer pricing, profitability, inventory and contract requirements for power distribution. Provide pricing analysis, forecasting, KPI/QBR reporting, cross-functional problem solving, and support contract bids and emergency restoration efforts. Use SAP/BI data and Excel to drive decisions and streamline processes with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Product Management.
