Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning solutions. Partner with SMEs to create role-based learning paths, assessments, facilitator guides, job aids, and support LMS content. Analyze aging reports, negotiate payment plans, process payments and credit notes, ensure collection-related paperwork and NSF policies are followed, prepare account reviews with divisional credit manager, and perform related AR administration and travel to local centers and banks.

Sell POOLCORP products to pool builders, service providers, and retailers by prospecting, cold calling, and maintaining customer relationships. Develop territory sales strategies, conduct presentations and product demos, prepare quotes, negotiate and close deals, support post-sale issues, track activity in the CRM, attend industry events, and collaborate with regional leadership to drive revenue growth.
