Uses the Polaris Product Development Process to guide project execution, communicates status to stakeholders and leadership, and drives accountability, approvals, and measurable profitability improvements.

Lead supplier quality for electronics NPI: manage APQP/PPAP, assess PFMEAs and control plans, perform supplier audits and readiness reviews, drive DFM/DFA reviews, reduce supplier PPM, and support cross-functional corrective actions and supplier onboarding.

Support and enhance neural network-based vision systems in manufacturing, maintaining customizations, configuring systems, and providing technical support while collaborating with stakeholders to meet operational requirements.

Lead the design and development of driveline, transmission, engine, and geartrain systems from concept through production. Create CAD models and drawings, perform drivetrain and engineering analyses, manage design schedules, support validation, collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams, resolve field and production issues, and provide technical mentorship. The role requires expertise in mechanical powertrain design, manufacturing processes, systems engineering, and tools such as Creo, MASTA, ROMAX, or KISSsoft.

Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise knowledge retrieval and AI-powered experiences. Lead RAG, semantic search, vector DBs, knowledge graphs, AI agents, and cross-functional delivery. Manage content ingestion, governance, performance metrics, vendor partnerships, budget, and organizational adoption to improve knowledge access, productivity, and customer outcomes.

Define long-range electrical architecture and system requirements for Polaris powersports platforms. Lead system-level design, hazard and failure analyses, CAN and wire-harness strategies, cost estimation, and cross-functional integration. Support testing, cybersecurity requirements, supplier engagement, and platform-aligned feature development to deliver scalable vehicle electrical solutions.
