Owns electrical vehicle features from concept through production, including requirements, functional architecture, model-based engineering, systems integration, vehicle testing, CAN analysis, risk assessment, and production readiness. Leads cross-functional teams across engineering, validation, manufacturing, service, safety, cybersecurity, regulatory, and program functions for off-road vehicle systems.

Establishes and improves cost-efficient manufacturing methods, production processes, tooling, fixtures, workstations, material flow, and equipment. Conducts labor studies, develops process documentation, resolves safety, quality, productivity, and cost issues, evaluates capital expenditures and make-versus-buy decisions, and supports new product development. Coordinates with tool designers and cross-functional teams while maintaining production schedules, safety standards, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and value delivery of enterprise supply chain planning products. Leads cross-functional and matrixed teams supporting demand, supply, inventory, scheduling, ERP, integrations, reporting, and manufacturing capabilities. Translates business needs into product requirements, manages backlogs and releases, coordinates implementation readiness, monitors adoption and performance, and drives continuous improvement across stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.

Build and align the 18-month demand plan for Polaris ORV products. Produce retail, ship, and industry forecasts using statistical models and market inputs, integrate dealer/order/inventory data, present forecasts and risks to leadership, lead cross-functional reviews, and recommend process improvements to support production and inventory decisions.

Leads design, integration, validation, and production release of intake and exhaust systems for off-road vehicles. Owns development plans, specifications, drawings, DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, testing, data analysis, design reviews, supplier collaboration, manufacturing methods, and field issue resolution. Ensures systems meet performance, quality, cost, reliability, safety, and timing objectives while supporting cross-functional engineering activities.

Leads vehicle integration and platforming for off-road vehicles, developing CAD layouts, packaging studies, interface requirements, powertrain integration concepts, and modular architecture strategies. Conducts trade studies and engineering analyses, supports design and architecture reviews, researches technologies, and transfers mature concepts to production teams. Collaborates across engineering and manufacturing functions while mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.

Leads powertrain projects from concept through manufacturing and product release. Establishes requirements, coordinates cross-functional engineering teams, manages plans, resources, budgets, schedules, risks, approvals, and performance communications. The role collaborates with suppliers, supports strategic initiatives, facilitates executive decisions, and ensures alignment with product development and organizational goals.
