Develops proof-of-concept prototypes, software and electrical systems, documentation, workflows, schematics, network diagrams, and verification and validation tests. Collaborates with production operations, approved solution providers, and global automation teams to improve production quality and velocity.

Develop and verify digital and hardware systems using EDA, schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation, and measurement tools. Responsibilities include prototype delivery, documentation, circuit analysis, laboratory troubleshooting, hardware bring-up, performance measurement, and collaboration with analog, digital, software, and mechanical engineers. The intern will receive mentorship while contributing to customer-focused hardware designs.

Supports development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing test programs and equipment. Develops assembly-specific test software, creates training and build instructions, analyzes test yields and failures, supports root-cause analysis, and contributes to continuous improvement. The intern also assists with production priorities, test-program acceptance, equipment calibration, preventative maintenance, and recording test results while collaborating with engineers, team leaders, operators, and manufacturing technicians.

Builds proof-of-concept models using machine learning, optimization, simulation, and generative AI; develops data pipelines and data products; translates business requirements into solution requirements; supports simple to moderate applications and daily IT functions while following cybersecurity practices.
