Lead the Plexus Program Leadership team in the development and execution of full value stream, new product introduction and transition programs across all global regions. Align and build relationships with various teams within Plexus to ensure successful program execution and customer engagement. Manage resource loading, staffing requirements, and recruitment of new Program Leadership resources. Responsible for financial management, performance metrics, and exemplifying Plexus Core Values.
