Supports development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing test and inspection programs. Develops assembly-specific test programs, assists operators and technicians with debugging and root-cause analysis, monitors test yields, supports production priorities, leads test acceptance, and performs equipment calibration and preventive maintenance. Compiles test results and creates training materials and build instructions.

Supports the HR team with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance documentation, correspondence, research, daily administration, and long-term HR projects. Assists with performance management, investigations, resume screening, interview scheduling, applicant tracking systems, new-hire packets, orientation sessions, and I-9 maintenance under HR staff supervision.

Supports digital manufacturing optimization in high-volume production by developing automation, data analytics, and simulation solutions.
