Lead resolution of non-conformances and customer complaints via containment, root cause analysis, CAPA, and audits. Oversee site QMS metrics, ensure product compliance to customer/specifications/regulatory requirements, approve ECOs, support validation and audit activities, develop inspection strategies, maintain quality documentation, and embed quality training and awareness in manufacturing operations.

Performs engineering design and product development tasks, following company engineering processes. Creates designs, conducts analysis and verification, and produces project documentation. Understands the full product value stream and uses appropriate tools to support commercialization and manufacturing readiness.

Lead and manage Systems Integration, Industrial Engineering, and Automation teams to design manufacturing processes, equipment, fixtures, and automation for product industrialization. Oversee equipment/asset management, compliance/validation (APQP, SOPs, WIs), continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, customer qualification, and talent development to achieve quality, throughput, and cost targets for post-PCBA and HLA production.

Drive procurement and supply chain improvements: streamline supplier base, negotiate strategic buying agreements, manage supplier KPIs and performance, optimize inventory and working capital, reduce freight and procurement administration costs, analyze supply chain data, and implement risk-mitigation and lean principles across sites and regional teams.

Serve as strategic partner to the Regional President, owning the regional operating cadence, driving cross-functional project execution, compiling P&L and performance dashboards, representing executive communications globally, and improving processes to support hyper-growth across US, Mexico, APAC, and EMEA.

Designs, validates, and optimizes manufacturing processes and equipment; maintains and documents production processes to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets. Uses statistical analysis and SPC tools, mentors team members, and collaborates across disciplines to develop high-quality, cost-appropriate manufacturing solutions.

Lead engineering strategy and operations across Test, Industrial, Process, Automation, and Product Engineering. Establish standards, drive process capability and equipment qualification, monitor KPIs (Takt Time), manage escalations, and develop engineering talent to ensure quality, cost and delivery commitments to global customers.

Provide technical support for applications, systems, networks and infrastructure. Install, configure and maintain systems; investigate and resolve incidents and minor security events; design system components and produce design specifications; automate tasks with scripting; support around-the-clock monitoring; develop and test incident management procedures and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Optimize and improve manufacturing processes through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement. Develop manufacturing solutions, use SPC and measurement tools, produce project documentation, work independently in at least one process phase, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and safety.

Lead global demand management and planning processes, develop and deploy best practices, metrics, SOPs and training, support regional supply chain teams in designing optimal strategies, and coach/manage staff to improve customer service, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
