Lead the site Program Management function: hire, deploy, and develop Program Managers; ensure contractual adherence and customer satisfaction; establish standard work and best practices; drive transitions, NPI, and improvements; support financial performance and forecasting for PM resources.

Lead and manage Systems Integration, Industrial Engineering, and Automation teams to design manufacturing processes, equipment, fixtures, and automation for product industrialization. Oversee equipment/asset management, compliance/validation (APQP, SOPs, WIs), continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, customer qualification, and talent development to achieve quality, throughput, and cost targets for post-PCBA and HLA production.

Lead cloud networking and infrastructure-as-code for GCP environments, owning VPC architecture, Terraform/IaC pipelines, GKE and Google Distributed Cloud workloads, security controls, incident resolution, and system design while collaborating with networking, security, and business teams.

Drive procurement and supply chain improvements: streamline supplier base, negotiate strategic buying agreements, manage supplier KPIs and performance, optimize inventory and working capital, reduce freight and procurement administration costs, analyze supply chain data, and implement risk-mitigation and lean principles across sites and regional teams.

Serve as strategic partner to the Regional President, owning the regional operating cadence, driving cross-functional project execution, compiling P&L and performance dashboards, representing executive communications globally, and improving processes to support hyper-growth across US, Mexico, APAC, and EMEA.

Support manufacturing process development for surface mount and electromechanical assembly: process layout, labor analysis, ECO review, process controls, MRRs, DFM, validation, facility requirements, and cross-functional collaboration under a mentor.

Designs, validates, and optimizes manufacturing processes and equipment; maintains and documents production processes to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets. Uses statistical analysis and SPC tools, mentors team members, and collaborates across disciplines to develop high-quality, cost-appropriate manufacturing solutions.
