Leads the planning, execution, and governance of regional supply chain solutions to mitigate risk, improve inventory and lead times, increase Clean to Build, and resolve material constraints. Partners with customers, suppliers, and internal supply chain teams to design optimization strategies, including alternate sourcing and buffer stock. Provides reactive support, develops risk-reduction initiatives, oversees training and dashboards, and coaches team members while driving succession planning and accountability.

The role is intended for a student pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Coordinate customer demand with organizational capacity by creating and maintaining Master Production Schedules and Material Requirements Planning. Analyze demand, inventory, procurement, production schedules, and what-if scenarios; identify potential disruptions; and escalate delivery risks. The role collaborates with Program Management and resolves scheduling challenges using established procedures while supporting customer satisfaction and operational success.

Designs and develops engineering and product concepts through multiple phases of the product realization process. Collaborates with project management, customers, manufacturing, materials, and other stakeholders to ensure quality, cost, technical, staffing, budget, and schedule requirements are met. Works independently within a technical specialty, communicates technical information effectively, and may mentor team members and support employee development.

Lead development and execution of technical training programs, manage training teams and standard work governance, create and deploy core and custom technical content, share best practices across regions, and ensure training aligns with business objectives and site compliance.

Provide support on assigned engineering tasks set by a supervisor, deliver work on time, communicate progress and challenges, follow company policies, and contribute to team objectives.
