Lead German PR and communications activities: localize international strategies, manage media relations, secure coverage, draft press releases and thought leadership, oversee legal directory submissions, maintain website and intranet content, coordinate with agencies and international teams, and apply AI-driven approaches to PR.

Provide L2/L3 operational support for an enterprise data platform built on Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Azure services. Support UAT, manage defects, produce test documentation, assure quality across development cycles, troubleshoot with IT and third parties, and help translate business requirements into technical solutions and improvements.

Design, develop, customise and support Aderant finance systems and integrations. Build forms, rules, workflows, SQL queries, stored procedures and ETL pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements, perform UAT, provide second/third-line support, troubleshoot issues and maintain system documentation.

Support and maintain the EMEA finance system (Aderant Sierra); provide user support and resolve data issues; monitor and cleanse master data; source and prepare data using SQL; enforce data governance and permissions; work with IT, third-party support and finance stakeholders to implement improvements.

Provide day-to-day application support for EMEA finance systems (Aderant Sierra, Aderant Expert, iTimekeep, BillBlast), troubleshoot issues, run SQL scripts/stored procedures, support users, work with IT/third-party providers, perform systems administration, assist month/year-end routines, and drive system/process improvements through analysis, testing and implementation.

Support and maintain EMEA finance systems (Aderant Sierra): handle user queries, monitor and remediate data quality, perform data acquisition/preparation with SQL, manage database and API syncs, enforce data governance, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.

Leads the firm’s US litigation docketing function, managing centralized operations, team performance, quality standards, risk controls, workflows, and business continuity. Oversees litigation docketing and calendaring platforms, system upgrades, rule updates, reporting, training, and change management. Partners with lawyers, IT, vendors, and legal support leaders to ensure accurate deadline calculations, compliance with court procedures, consistent service delivery, and continuous operational improvement across jurisdictions and offices.

RISE is a two-year work experience and development programme for Year 12 students from underrepresented backgrounds. Participants receive mentoring, skills training, workplace shadowing with legal and business services teams, client insight, networking, and assessment-centre preparation. The programme includes an in-person work experience week in London or Newcastle, a graduation day, and £500 total payment plus reimbursed travel.
