Conduct conflicts-of-interest research and analysis by reviewing matter intake, performing corporate and database research, designing Boolean database searches, and identifying potential conflicts for lawyer review. Design, develop, customise and support Aderant finance systems and integrations. Build forms, rules, workflows, SQL queries, stored procedures and ETL pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements, perform UAT, provide second/third-line support, troubleshoot issues and maintain system documentation.

Lead EMEA finance systems (Aderant Sierra) as Product Owner: manage team, stakeholder and vendor relationships, translate finance requirements into backlog and technical specs, oversee application support, releases, integrations, change control, and continuous improvement to meet finance and accounting operational needs.

Support and maintain the EMEA finance system (Aderant Sierra); provide user support and resolve data issues; monitor and cleanse master data; source and prepare data using SQL; enforce data governance and permissions; work with IT, third-party support and finance stakeholders to implement improvements.
